A 30-minute "readiness & steadiness" exercise in which we evaluate your mobility, stability and movement patterns in order to assess your current condition relative to your ultimate fitness goals.
Virtual Training Session
Can't get to the gym? All you need is a little room and Zoom to get great results training one-on-one.
Personal Training Session
Whether you opt for 30, 45 or 60-minute sessions, every second of one-on-one training is dedicated to getting the results you want. Hydration is highly recommended.
Semi-Private Training
What's better than training alone? Training with a friend or family member! We can devise a program uniquely suited to the common goals of up to 4 participants. It's fun, supportive and allows you to share the cost. (And maybe even the driving.)
Sports Performance Session
A one hour, one-on-one session for athletes looking to up their game — regardless of their sport, position or level.
Sports Performance Group Session
Athletes who share a common sport or performance goal can team up for this affordable one hour session.
Performance Fascia Stretching
30 or 60 minutes of assisted stretching that will painlessly improve flexibility, mobility and even strength. Perfect for those with arthritis or tendinitis — as well as athletes looking to reduce recovery time and improve their performance.
